This is a SFW zine dedicated to the romantic pairings Aerith/Tifa and Zack/Cloud across their time in
FFVII, FFVII Remake & Rebirth, Crisis Core and Advent Children.The content will remain within the narrative of the FFVII compilation with the media listed above.
The only exception will be AUs like Aerith or Zack lives in the events of Advent Children.Zine Contents:

Alternative creators and cosplayers will be considered if there is enough interest.This is a charity zine that is looking to donate to an LGBTQ+ charity.

Long time FF and Yoshitaka Amano fan. First played 13 when it was fresh and after I met my partner 10 years ago he introduced me to the rest of the franchise and how wonderful they were! Played through like 5 of the og games and fell in love with 7 all over again after Remake. What a treasure to Cloud and Co's story 🥹 ✨ Art-wise I'm a professional illustrator with 3 years teaching experience and am currently a production designer at a sticker printing firm. Have loved FF7 since I was a kid admist other FFs and JRPGs. I work in graphics and illustration professionally and have been a part of several zines including Return to the Planet: FF7 25th Anni Zine, Letters to the Sky, KH Dream Links, and FFIX: Not Alone. Excited to spread the joy of these two ships with all of you!

Q: If we are chosen as a merch artist, do we have to provide the physical merch itself or just create the artwork for it?
A: You are only creating the artwork, the physical merch will be produced by the manufacturers that our mods contact.Q: Will there be a digital version?
A: Yes! This zine will be in both digital and physical formats.Q: Can we draw them in cute non-canon outfits?
A: As long as the outfits fit the characters' personalities and the world they live in, they can be drawn in different outfits!Q: Just curious how many writers would be a part of this?
A: A total of 10 writers will be accepted onto this project!Q: I’m only interested in creating for Aerith/Tifa! Is that okay?
A: Yes! You’ll have the opportunity to list which ships you’re willing to create for during the application process. If you’re only willing to create for one ship, you will only be asked to create for that ship.Q: If I’m accepted to create for Zack/Cloud, can I switch to Aerith/Tifa later if I change my mind?
A: To keep the content of the zine as balanced as possible, we will not be allowing contributors to switch their assigned ship after they’ve been accepted. If there’s one ship you would heavily prefer to create for, please say so in your application.Q: If I’m accepted for one role (say, merch artist), can I switch to a page artist role?
A: No. If you’d prefer one role over another, please indicate your preference in your application(s). We will do our best to give you your preferred role.Q: I’m interested in applying as a cosplayer. Do I have to find a cosplay partner in order to apply?
A: Not if you’re willing to get creative! Single cosplayers can apply, but we suggest using the pitch section to describe how you’d like to stage your potential contribution. Perhaps you’re an Aerith cosplayer with a couple of Tifa plushies on hand? Or a Cloud cosplayer doodling a picture of Zack.Q: My friend and I would like to apply as a cosplay duo. Do we apply separately, or apply using the same form?
A: Please apply using the same form. The rest of the instructions for duos/groups can be found in the Application Guidelines section in the Info Doc.Q: Will this zine be for-profit or for-charity?
A: This zine is for-charity, with all proceeds going to The Trevor Project.
Q: When can I share the piece(s) I’ve made for the zine?
A: You’ll be able to share your full pieces after the project has concluded. As for WIPs, we ask that all contributors wait until the preorder period to share their WIPs/previews on social media. We’ll provide you with a template to use.Q: How will contributors be compensated?
A: At minimum, all contributors will be given a free copy of the digital zine, and the opportunity to buy physical items at production price. If finances allow, we hope to provide each contributor with a full physical bundle.(Is your question not listed here? Please reach out to us on social media!
